Warranty and Service Center Technician

Daiwa Canada

Daiwa is a leading manufacturer of fishing rods, reels and accessories.  We are looking for a qualified person to facilitate warranty and service processes at Daiwa Canada National Warranty and Service Center.

Responsibilities

• Daily communication with consumers on warranty and service related inquires via phone, email and in-person
• Repair and maintain Daiwa rods and reels
• Identify, troubleshoot and correct product issues
• Determine warranty claims and follow processes to resolve claims
• Ship and receive goods – parts, replacement product, etc.
• Manage inventory and sales data
• Invoice and collect payment for services
• Document activity and provide detailed communication to management
• Attend consumer and industry trade shows as required
• Develop and streamline processes to better service customers and meet objectives

Requirements

The successful candidate should be highly motivated and able to manage time effectively to meet objectives
