Warranty and Service Center Technician

Daiwa is a leading manufacturer of fishing rods, reels and accessories. We are looking for a qualified person to facilitate warranty and service processes at Daiwa Canada National Warranty and Service Center.
Responsibilities
- Daily communication with consumers on warranty and service related inquires via phone, email and in-person
- Repair and maintain Daiwa rods and reels
- Identify, troubleshoot and correct product issues
- Determine warranty claims and follow processes to resolve claims
- Ship and receive goods – parts, replacement product, etc.
- Manage inventory and sales data
- Invoice and collect payment for services
- Document activity and provide detailed communication to management
- Attend consumer and industry trade shows as required
- Develop and streamline processes to better service customers and meet objectives
Requirements
The successful candidate should be highly motivated and able to manage time effectively to meet objectives
Experience with managing inventory and salesStrong ability to read and understand schematicsProficient in excel, word and emailStrong communication, multitasking and organizational skillsStrong mechanical skills required to disassemble and reassemble productsAbility to work both individually and in a team environmentValid passport, drivers license and reliable vehicleCompensation – To be discussed with applicant
