Looking for Customer Service Brokers who loves problem solving and nurturing our clients.

Begin Insurance is a digital insurance brokerage currently looking for talented, dynamic brokers who are invested in their trade and in the relationships they have with their colleagues and clients.

Responsibilities

Provide exceptional customer service to clients seeking insurance solutions.

Conduct thorough needs analysis to recommend appropriate insurance products.

Utilize strong communication in understanding our client's unique needs.

Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions.

Stay informed about industry trends and continuing education.

Responsible for Customer Service functions of Begin including but not limited to taking general customer service inquiries related to policy changes, payment issues, renewal business, remarketing, cross-selling and cancellations.
