Are you passionate about cutting-edge composite development and looking to make a significant impact in the aviation industry? We are searching for a Composite Manufacturing Engineer to lead our composite development department.

Role Description

As a key player in our engineering team, you will :

  • Design and analyze parts and molds for composite applications.
  • Develop 3D models and perform structural analyses on composite materials and systems.
  • Lead composite manufacturing processes, including hand layup , fusion , and prepreg techniques .
  • Ensure high-performance composite development for our advanced eVTOL prototypes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate composite solutions into our de

Qualifications

  • Experience in composite development : part design, mold design, and structural analysis.
  • Hands-on expertise in manufacturing processes such as hand layup, fusion, and prepreg.
  • Strong background in composite material applications for aerospace or related industries.
  • Proficiency in CAD tools (SOLIDWORKS, CATIA) and structural analysis software (ANSYS, ABAQUS).
  • A passion for innovation and problem-solving in advanced manufacturing environments.
  • Industrial Engineering knowledge

  • Experience in composite manufacturing technologies
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
