Job Description
Our client, in IT Managed Services, is looking for an experienced Product Owner with a strong background in data analytics and platform management to join their team.
This hybrid model position is based in Toronto, ON. The role involves overseeing the ThoughtSpot platform's implementation and transition to cloud-based solutions, ensuring seamless integration and adoption across teams.
Roles and Responsibilities
Lead the implementation and administration of the ThoughtSpot platform, driving user adoption and optimizing performance.
Manage platform migration projects from on-premises to cloud environments, ensuring smooth transitions and minimal disruption.
Utilize Agile methodologies to manage project timelines, milestones, and stakeholder communication effectively.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to support backend BI platform implementations and enhance data analytics capabilities.
Document project progress, requirements, and outcomes, ensuring comprehensive project documentation and reporting.
Qualifications and Skills
7+ years of experience in the data analytics domain with a focus on ThoughtSpot implementation and administration.
Proven track record in managing platform migrations, particularly to cloud environments like AWS, Azure, or GCP.
Strong proficiency in Agile project management practices, with the ability to lead teams and drive projects to successful outcomes.
Familiarity with backend BI platforms and ETL processes is highly advantageous.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
