What You’ll Do

Proactively reach out to prospects via phone, email, and online channels

Generate and qualify leads, then schedule appointments for the Sales Team

Follow up with warm leads and existing customers to build long-term relationships

Collaborate with Marketing and Sales to support targeted outreach campaigns

Provide clear and engaging information about our products and promotions

Coordinate follow-up meetings, demos, and handoffs to the Sales Team

Maintain accurate notes and activity logs in the CRM system

Stay informed on RV products, features, and industry trends

What You Bring

Experience in business development, sales, or customer service (RV, automotive, or retail preferred)

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Ability to build rapport quickly and maintain positive customer relationships

Self-driven, proactive, and motivated by results

Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities

Proficiency with CRM tools and lead management processes
