Schedule : 8-hour Shift, Mon - Friday EVENING (3PM - 11PM)

Reports to : Manufacturing Manager

Salary range : To be discussed, depending on experience

Your High-Impact Mission : Manufacturing Supervisor (Evening Shift)

Shift : Monday to Friday, approximately 3 : 00 PM to 1 : 00 AM. Lead a crucial, high-focus shift during peak production hours.

Reporting to the Manufacturing Manager, you will be the empowering leader responsible for the critical transformation of raw materials into high-quality semi-finished products (creams, deodorants, shampoos, etc.). Your leadership will be pivotal in maintaining our rigorous standard of excellence. You will actively manage the production floor, strategically organize workflow, and ensure every step meets rigorous standards for Quality, Safety, and Efficiency. You are a key player in mobilizing your team, achieving ambitious production goals, and ensuring a seamless transition to the packaging stage.
