Our client is looking to bring on a Administrative / Marketing Associate  to support their busy team and provide maternity leave coverage. This contract is expected to last about - months, although it can be extended for the right person.

The ideal candidate will have a friendly and eager disposition, as well as a professional and confidential nature to effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders throughout the marketing process.

Duties and Responsibilities :

  • Support all aspects of the market tender process for group benefits and retirement plans
  • Coordinate and track all client and insurer follow-ups (this includes quotes)
  • Prepare and update client files and documents
  • Prepare all client documentation (ie. benefit summaries, presentations, etc.)
  • Quote alternate plans for clients and create presentations to support findings
  • Update and manage Sales CRM
  • Collaborate and support Sales / Account Management teams when needed
  • Perform other administrative duties as requested

Education :

  • Completion of GBA (Group Benefits Associate Designation) would be a strong asset
  • Experience :

  • A minimum of years experience in a Marketing role is required
  • Experience in group benefit / retirement industry is preferred
  • Skills :

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong organization and prioritization skills
  • High attention to detail
  • Eager and self-motivated
  • Personable and polite nature
  • Confidential and professional demeanour
  • Deadline driven
  • Base Salary :   $ – per hour
