We have an exciting opportunity to join the Kiehl's family as a Kiehl's Skin Pro. This position is responsible for providing superior customer service and develop customer relationships that will result in repeat business.

As a Kiehl's Skin Pro you will :
Deliver Best- in-class experience to customersIdentify clients' needs and goals and assist them in finding and selecting appropriate products.Be able to demonstrate fundamental product knowledge (features, benefits, usage) and application techniques.Maintain client relations through follow-up calls and emails.Inform the clients regarding product prices and if there are any special offers available.Generate sales to achieve sales target by applying brand selling method, product knowledge and able to follow basic service flow. Maximize selling opportunity by link-selling and cross-selling.Maintain the counter / store quality and merchandising : maintain appearance and cleanliness of the store, merchandising, ensure on shelf product availability.Regularly attend all scheduled shiftsWhat do you need to succeed :
