Vice President of Operations We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Vice President of Operations to join our team and lead the charge in championing our brand, driving customer preference, and fostering innovation within the hospitality industry. Reporting directly to the Chief Operating Officer, this pivotal role requires a seasoned professional with a proven track record in executive and management positions. Leadership and Management

  • Develop long-term business strategies in alignment with the brand vision
  • Provide strategic decision support to senior management for optimal performance
  • Lead brand-building initiatives and ensure cohesive implementation across all touchpoints
  • Educate cross-functional teams on brand strategies and vision
  • Manage operations and marketing teams, fostering high-quality performance and growth

Operations and Administration

  • Execute marketing tactics in line with brand goals and objectives
  • Drive corporate brand growth through market insights and consumer trends
  • Collaborate with franchisees to enhance operations and drive sales
  • Forecast product demands and identify cost-saving opportunities
  • Ensure compliance with company protocols for product development and forecasting

    • Requirements :

  • 5 plus years of managing franchisee / franchisor relationships
  • Brand building, marketing expertise
  • Senior restaurant operations leadership experience
  • Highly effective communication style
  • Demonstrated leadership in challenging the status quo and driving innovation
  • Ability to provide clear strategic direction and focus on priorities
  • Strong collaboration skills and a results-oriented mindset
