Job Purpose :

We're looking for a rockstar Marketing Coordinator Co-op to join our team. This is a paid internship opportunity. Reporting to our Marketing Manager, the candidate will contribute to impactful marketing campaigns for raising brand awareness and engaging with our community via digital platforms and in-person events.

Responsibilities :

  • Assist in content calendar development, managing community engagement on social media platforms and responsible for posting 3 times a week on social media channels
  • Assist with the development of ISA Cybersecurity's monthly CyberCast newsletter
  • Assist in the management of ISA Cybersecurity's blog by posting the weekly CyberNews and other article pieces
  • Track and update ISA Cybersecurity's performance across digital channels
  • Apply consistent branding and adapt existing marketing collateral as needed Including but not limited to brochures, sales presentations, creatives for marketing activities, social media posts, whitepapers, and customer success stories
  • Maintain and update internal tools like events calendar and CRM leads tracker
  • Support demand generation activities like event planning (virtual or in-person), webinars, and email campaigns
  • Manage meeting notes during Marketing Team meetings
  • General marketing and communications activities as required

Qualifications :

  • Currently enrolled in a college / university program, with focus in Marketing, Communications or Business
  • Good copywriting and research skills
  • Detail-oriented and able to work both strategically and tactically
  • Ability to work autonomously and in a team environment
  • A team player who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment
  • Love writing and creating engaging and visually appealing content
  • Creative out-of-the-box thinker and resourceful
  • Organized and detail-oriented
  • Self-directed and take pride in owning your work from start to finish
  • Knowledge and experience in with LinkedIn, Twitter, and Facebook
  • Proficiency in full Microsoft Office suite, especially with Excel and PowerPoint
