Purpose
Responsible for process design operational requirements and transformational work collaborating with Banking Operations and Product partners on process design & delivery.
In this role you will support in streamlining and automating processes to drive improvements in operational and financial performance that deliver business value ensure Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are met and key performance indicators (KPIs) are trending positively.
