Job description

Duration : 6 Months (Extension Likely)

Location : Hybrid (3-days onsite in Toronto, London or Winnipeg Office)

Responsibilities :

Defining complex requirements for solutions integrated among existing and new systems with legacy and emergent technologies.
Participating in the delivery / implementation of solutions that are in-house developed and solutions that are produced / supported by 3rd party suppliers (SaaS – Software as a Service).
They may be involved in delivery of solutions across any technology set :
Enterprise Systems – systems that support functions within the business unit that are not focused on a single property; example : systems to support Asset Management.
Building Systems – systems that support functions that take place within a single property; example : smart technology that is used to control lighting on a specific floor of a building, using sensors.
Tenant Portals – systems that allow our staff and tenants / residents to communicate with each other, and in some cases, control smart technology that is in the hands of a tenant to control.
Supports Software Developers during software development and testing.
Works closely with Quality Assurance team members
Works directly with 3rd party vendors

Must Haves :

Minimum of 5+ years of relevant experience as a BSA

Experience with understanding business environments, operations, processes and practices.

Experience with data mapping and integration processing.

Experience with requirements gathering and documentation of functional and non-functional requirements and specifications.

Experience working with technology project methodologies (Agile / waterfall), processes, and practices.

Experience working with external vendors and consultants.

Nice-to-Have :

Previous experience in the Real Estate industry would be considered an asset.
