Staffing Coordinator

About the Role

We’re looking for a Staffing Coordinator to join Crossroads Staffing. This is a 360° desk role blending sales, recruitment, and client management . You’ll drive new business, build strong candidate networks, and manage placements across Simcoe Muskoka.

What You’ll Do

• Develop new client accounts and grow existing relationships
• Conduct business tours to assess staffing needs
• Source, screen, and interview top candidates using job boards and social media
• Prepare candidates for interviews and guide them through offers
• Coordinate interviews, onboarding, and follow-ups with clients
• Act as the main contact for client and candidate inquiries
• Maintain accurate records in ATS / CRM systems
