Regulatory Change Management Director

My Leading Banking client are currently looking for a motivated and talented individual to lead the implementation of regulatory change projects and initiatives for the organisation across North America. You'll work with global stakeholders to deliver change to meet new regulatory requirements and address the regulatory aspects of new business initiatives.

The role will include both project management and business analysis aspects, including drafting business requirements and supporting testing.

This is a newly created role and is a brilliant opportunity!

The following skills / experience is essential :

• Experience working on Regulatory Transaction and Trade Reporting projects.
• Previously Project Managed regulatory change projects.
• Business Analysis experience.
• Previously worked in a Capital Markets business.
• Excellent communication skills.

Salary : Up to CAD $140,000 + bonus + package

Level : Director

Location : Toronto (good work from home options available)
