CRM Systems Manager
Reporting to the Director, Information Technology, the CRM System Manager will play a critical role in the implementation and maintenance of CRM solution (Salesforce) for Sales, Marketing, and other departments.
The CRM System Manager will be responsible for the administration, configuration, data management and integration of this CRM solution with other key business systems.
Key Accountabilities :
- Serve as primary administrator and support for CRM solution.
- Partner closely with Sales team and other users to drive adoption and effective usage / understanding of the platform.
- Reviews and analyzes the effectiveness and efficiency of CRM solution, and develops strategies for improving or further leveraging this system.
- Interprets a variety of disparate business needs and translates these into an effective recommended solution plus a number of alternative solutions.
- Develops solutions with clear and comprehensive business requirements that can be used effectively for systems development, configuration, or integration.
- Liaises with assigned business areas, to prioritize system work requests by focusing on value derived from work and alignment with corporate objectives.
- Manage reports and dashboards for a variety of stakeholders.
- Design, document, build, test and deploy platform enhancements.
- Manage user onboarding and security.
- Work within sandbox environments to maintain system integrity.
- Leads configuration and integration updates.
- Ensures change control processes are followed for system configuration and updates.
Skills, Experience and Education Required
- Postsecondary education in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Information Management Systems along with equivalent work experience
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in Salesforce administration related to Sales and Service cloud
- Minimum 3+ years of experience with Salesforce integrations, APIs and web services (SOAP or REST)
- Certified Salesforce Administrator (must) and Salesforce Certified Developer required (asset)
- Demonstrated proficiency in the use of data management tools such as Data loader
- Experience working with other Salesforce platform applications (i.e., Smartsheet)
- Strong understanding of programming logic and constructs, specifically in Salesforce, Force.com, SOQL, triggers and their use in software development
- Strong knowledge of CRM software quality assurance best practices and methodologies
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Ability to work both independently and with other team members
- Strong organizational, planning and project management skills
- Good understanding of SQL based applications and systems
- Proficiency in use of Office 365

Previous experience in a manufacturing environment is an asset
