As the Account Representative, you will support Account Executives and Sales Consultants by delivering exceptional ongoing service to our growing block of mid to large-sized clients in the Quebec region and small to mid-sized clients in Ontario. You will liaise with insurance companies on renewals, market studies and claims adjudication issues. How you'll make an impact Responsible for new business issuance, including review of employee booklets, policy language, all employer / employee information, and plan amendments for accuracy. Furnish new applications, enrolment cards and follow up for contracts, booklets, billings, administration kits and certificates. Assist in the implementation of group plan with the new carrier. Prepare marketing specifications and field inquires from insurance companies regarding market surveys. Assist in resolving claim adjudication problems. Obtain answers to enrolment problems, billing discrepancies and other plan administrative issues. Provide confirmation to the insurance company of the client's acceptance of renewal rates or ASO expenses. Prepare renewal reports and audit financial statements. Provide technical assistance to Account Executives and Sales Consultants, , renewal calculations, quotes for amendments and cost comparisons. About you 3 years' related industry experience, including but not limited to similar client service and business development exposure English / French bilingualism is a must Proven experience in Consulting, Third-Party Benefits Administration or similar Successful completion of CEBS, GBA, Life License or similar designations strongly preferred Consistent track record of solving complex client challenges through analytical & creative problem solving, while navigating potentially difficult conversations Confidence enough in your skills and relationships to uncover additional opportunities to cross-solve and drive the sale of additional services and coverage levels High level of comfort managing client groups of a wide variety of sizes and levels of complexity Willingness and ability to visit client sites within the GTA and Southwestern Ontario Hands-on renewal experience a definite plus Compensation and benefits On top of a competitive salary, great teams and exciting career opportunities, we also offer a wide range of benefits.
