This is a senior operational leadership role for someone who thrives on creating clarity from complexity - building systems, aligning teams, and ensuring the entire organization moves forward with focus, discipline, and excellence.

What You'll Do

• Translate the company's vision into actionable, measurable goals across all projects and departments.
• Build, improve, and standardize operational systems - including scheduling, project management, budgeting, and reporting.
• Mentor and develop team members, ensuring clear roles, strong alignment, and shared ownership of results.
• Oversee financial performance, tracking budgets, margins, and profitability to support sustainable growth.
• Introduce and sustain EOS (Entrepreneurial Operating System) or similar frameworks to strengthen focus and execution.
• Uphold our values and reputation through professional, faith-centered leadership in client, partner, and trade relationships.

○ Base Salary : CAD $75,000 - $85,000 annually (commensurate with experience)
