The Opportunity
We’re seeking a motivated Quality Coordinator to join our team. Working closely with project teams and the Quality Manager, you’ll implement and maintain our Quality Management System, ensuring projects meet contract requirements and company values. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on precision, enjoys problem‑solving, and is eager to grow within the civil construction industry.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Conduct weekly Quality Control Audit Reports (QCARs) and monthly internal audits of assigned projects, preparing comprehensive reports in Procore.
- Perform monthly reviews and scoring of quality inspections on all assigned projects, providing proactive feedback to the project team.
- Identify and track Opportunities for Improvement (OFIs) and assist in documenting Non‑Conformance Reports (NCRs) within Procore.
- Maintain quality documentation, including test records, inspection evaluation database, and compliance documents.
- Verify compliance by reviewing Weekly Production Reports (WPRs) against the project’s Inspection and Testing Plan (ITP).
- Participate in QC Toolbox meetings, support project staff with the QMS, and help complete QC inspections as required.
- Lead or support quality‑focused onboarding sessions for new hires.
- Assist in developing and delivering ongoing quality training, contributing to continuous improvement of processes and resources.
Your Qualifications & Skills
- Degree or diploma in engineering, construction management, or related field; or equivalent craft leadership experience.
- Experience with construction management software (e.g., Procore) is a strong asset.
- Familiarity with ISO 9001 quality management standards is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel for data tracking and reporting.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a methodical approach.

- Ability to prioritize, multitask, and work independently or in a team.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Valid Canadian driver’s license with a clean abstract.
