Job description
A local health organization is seeking a Community Home & Health Nurse to manage the Community Health Nursing Program. The successful candidate will provide health counseling, coordinate immunization services, and assess health conditions like diabetes and heart disease. A Bachelor of Nursing degree and registration with BC College of Nurses and Midwives are required. This is a term position ending on March 31, 2026, offering a competitive compensation package including vacation and health benefits.
