The Opportunity : We're looking for a Software Engineer to join our global engineering team of 50+ engineers. You'll help build the systems that power our financial services platform using Go, .NET, microservices on Kubernetes, and PostgreSQL / MSSQL. You'll work across multiple projects that impact real businesses, collaborate with experienced engineers, participate in architectural decisions, and have genuine ownership over what you build.  What's In It For You :   AI-Native engineering.  We're building an AI-Native engineering culture where AI is embedded across the entire development lifecycle, from discovery through deployment. You'll work with spec-driven workflows, AI agents as collaborators, and tools like GitHub Copilot and Claude Code.

Our teams are collaborative and self-directed, and you'll have a voice in how we approach problems and the technologies we use to solve them.  Room to grow.  We're a fast-growing fintech company with clear paths to Senior Engineer and beyond. You'll learn from senior engineers and architects while building your career in an environment that rewards learning and adaptability.  Key Responsibilities : Design and develop full-stack fintech solutions for enterprise and consumer applications  Work within AI-Native workflows : define problems clearly, provide context to AI agents, steer solutions, and verify outcomes  Build front-end experiences by translating UI / UX designs into clean, maintainable code  Develop APIs, services, and integration patterns for high-performance systems  Contribute to DevOps practices, CI / CD pipelines, and infrastructure automation  Collaborate with product, data, and infrastructure teams to deliver reliable solutions  Required Qualifications : A learning mindset.

Our AI-Native workflows are new for most engineers.

What matters is that you're excited to learn, not that you already know everything.  2+ years of software development experience (co-op and internship experience counts)  Experience with full-stack development  Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field  Strong communication skills  Preferred Qualifications : Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field  Experience with Go, .NET, or a comparable backend stack  Experience with front-end frameworks such as Angular, Vue.js, or React  Familiarity with microservices architecture and distributed systems  Familiarity with relational databases  Experience with AI-assisted development tools  Experience with containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes)  Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)  Experience in financial services, SaaS, or high-transaction-volume environments  We Bring : $90,000 - $110,000 Annually  Annual Bonus Incentives PTO Health, Dental, and Life Benefits RRSP Matching Abundant professional development opportunities at a growing and thriving Fintech company!
