The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the organization’s financial operations, including accounting, reporting, budgeting, and compliance. This role supports ownership and senior management with strategic financial insight while ensuring accuracy, accountability, and effective internal controls.

Compensation & Hours :
The rate of pay will be $65 - $80K / yearMonday through FridayPosition Summary :
Support day-to-day financial operations, including accounting, payroll, AP / AR, and related administrative functionsAssist with the preparation and analysis of monthly, quarterly, and year-end financial statementsSupport budgeting, forecasting, cash flow tracking, and budget monitoring processesMonitor financial performance and prepare variance analysis with recommendations for reviewHelp ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, WCB, and applicable federal, provincial, and local requirementsAssist with audits and liaise with external auditors, banks, and financial institutionsMaintain financial controls, support process improvements, and provide financial support to the Controller, leadership, and department managersRequired Qualifications :
Minimum of 4 years of accounting / finance experienceExceptional attention to detail, organization, and problem-solving skillsStrong communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to advise and collaborateFamiliar with accounting principles, financial reporting, budgeting, and forecastingProficiency with accounting software and advanced Excel skillsBonus Points For :
