CIMtech Green Energy | Powering the Future is a Canada-based manufacturing company serving customers in fuel cell, defense and aerospace, automotive, marine & mining sectors. Through an acquisition of a 20,000 sq. ft advanced CNC manufacturing facility, CIMtech has recently doubled its footprint in Vancouver, Canada to increase operational capabilities by 200%. This expansion allows for increased service levels for their global customers in prototype / new product development and repeat manufacturing orders for fuel cell-electrolyzer components & assemblies, aerospace tooling & flying parts, automotive research centers, mining & marine companies developing new products.

Role Description :

CIMtech Green Energy | Powering the Future is seeking a dynamic and driven Sales Representative to join our team! This role is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual with a strong background (starting with 3-5 years of experience) in manufacturing and technical sales to build new customer relationships and drive business development. This individual must be able to create affective sales plans and will be highly responsible for meeting and exceeding high amounts of sales, bringing in new clients and executing plans and sales within our timelines. They will be responsible for providing information on technology, products and the development of CIMtech Green Energy as well as providing technical support and strong communication skills. The Sales Representative will also play a key role in promoting our manufacturing services. This job requires organization and high experience in booking appointments, traveling locally and internationally to visit customers for business development, interaction, information and bringing in sales opportunities.

Primary Responsibilities :

  • Strong experience in Sales and Marketing, particularly in Machine and Manufacturing
  • The ability to meet and exceed high sales targets as well as driving business growth
  • Ability to effectively communicate technical information to both technical and non-technical customers and questions via email and phone
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, ensuring the growth of existing accounts
  • Maintaining strong interaction, communication and relationship building with customers
  • Very detail oriented, strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Highly organized and able to book appointments with clients as well as meet sales goal within company timelines

Qualifications :

  • 3-5+ years of experience in direct sales for manufacturing services.
  • Experience in preparing, presenting and maintaining sales plans and achieving sales goals as well as direct communications with customers
  • Ability to start, follow-up and close large sales
  • Experience with HubSpot, Thomasnet and ZoomInfo or similar softwares
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to travel as needed locally and internationally. Must have a valid driver’s license.
  • Education :

    Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Sales, Customer Service, or a related field

    Shifts :  Candidates must be willing to work shifts as needed including days, afternoons and nights.
