The Duties
- Coordinate logistics process including order dispatch, shipping, and delivery
- Arrange scheduling and activities with other work units or departments
- Monitor shipment status and resolve issues to ensure delivery on time
- Process and manage all customs documents including customs clearance and payment
- Communicate with customers and report on shipping status and potential service issues
- Establish and maintain strong relationship with all internal and external stakeholders
- Maintain accurate shipping documents
- Prepare reports and elevate serious issues to management
The Essentials
3+ years’ experienceCompletion of college in relevant program or equivalent experienceProven experience in domestic and international shipping and coordinationStrong knowledge and understanding of customs regulations and proceduresExcellent communication and teamwork skillsStrong and proactive problem‑solving skillsExcellent time management skills and ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environmentHighly organized with strong attention to detailProficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)Language of Work
