Barista, Executive Dining- CIBC

• Prepare and serve coffee espresso tea and other beverages with consistency accuracy and care
• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of coffee tea and related beverage offerings including brewing techniques flavor profiles and presentation standards
• Ensure beverages meet quality standards for taste temperature and presentation
• Support front-of-house service flow by coordinating with servers and other team members
• Maintain cleanliness organization and readiness of the beverage station
• Monitor inventory and notify management of stock needs proactively
• Uphold professional appearance composure and service standards at all times
• Collaborate with the broader service and support teams to ensure smooth operations

Qualifications :

• 3-5 years prior experience in a coffee café or fine-dining beverage environment preferred
• Strong technical knowledge of espresso machines coffee brewing and beverage preparation
• Professional composed demeanor with clear and respectful communication
• Strong attention to detail and ability to perform efficiently under pressure
• Team-oriented mindset with pride in supporting seamless service
• Available weekdays weekends evenings and holidays as needed
• Legally eligible to work in Canada
