IAM Developer

Join to apply for the IAM Developer role at J&M Group .

Develop, configure, and deploy SailPoint IdentityNow solutions, supporting end-to-end IAM lifecycle processes such as provisioning, access reviews, role management, and certifications.

Implement connectors, workflows, and rules within SailPoint; analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve identity provisioning and governance issues.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Security, Infrastructure, App Support) and maintain IAM documentation to ensure compliance with security standards.

Key Requirements :

• 68 years of total IT experience with a focus on IAM.
• At least 23 years of hands-on experience with SailPoint IdentityNow / Identity Cloud.
• Experience with application integration using SailPoint connectors.
• Understanding of SaaS IAM deployment models and architecture.
• Strong troubleshooting skills.
• Knowledge of user provisioning, access reviews, RBAC, and compliance reporting.
