Temporary Production Coordinator

Basic Function

Petro-Canada Lubricants Inc. (PCLI) an HF Sinclair company is seeking a Temporary Full-time Production Coordinator for a 12-14 month contract. Reporting to the Team Leader Production Planning the Scheduler Grease & Additive is a key member of the Production Planning department in Global Supply Chain this position is responsible for scheduling the grease plant packaging based on inventory requirements and actual orders to meet customers needs. As well this position manages all bulk and packaged additive inventory levels in the plant to ensure there is enough additive to keep the plant running while minimizing working capital.

Job Duties

• Orders and coordinates the inbound of over 250 different types of additives for the entire manufacturing facility for grease and lubricant blending
• Determines the best format to receive additives (pails drums totes trucks or railcars) based on demand and tank size / constraints
• Manages the inventory of all grease packaging components (>

175 different components) to ensure the grease plant does not run out of components while minimizing working capital

Special assignments or tasks assigned to the employee by their supervisor as determined from time to time in their sole and complete discretion
