Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Burlington, ON for an Instructor Therapist. The Instructor Therapist will deliver evidence-based practices, such as Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), to children and youth with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). Core responsibilities include implementing individualized intervention plans, collecting and analyzing data to monitor progress, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, and providing support and coaching to families to generalize skills. The Instructor Therapist will work in a center-based setting while maintaining professional documentation in accordance with organizational standards.
