This position leads proactive sourcing initiatives to attract top talent for public healthcare delivery.
Duties :
- Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies for critical and hard-to-fill healthcare positions.
- Build and maintain talent pools for key roles, ensuring a steady pipeline of qualified candidates.
- Conduct weekly sourcing sessions to identify and engage passive candidates.
- Establish and nurture relationships with professional associations, universities, and industry networks.
- Organize and attend monthly recruitment events, job fairs, and industry conferences.
- Implement and manage a candidate relationship management (CRM) system.
- Stay current on industry trends, best practices, and emerging sourcing techniques in the healthcare sector.
- Train and guide recruitment team members on advanced sourcing techniques on a quarterly basis, ensuring team skill development.
- Conduct weekly sourcing sessions to identify and engage passive candidates, sharing insights with the team.
- Partner with stakeholders, executive leaders, and department heads to understand business needs and establish sourcing requirements.
- Lead collaboration efforts between internal teams to create value-focused strategies aligned with organizational goals.
- Lead and organize events such as job fairs, and industry conferences – using evidence-based data from past successes and aligning with organizational talents needs to ensure a strong return on investment.
Minimum Qualifications :
A bachelor’s degree in human resources, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is required. Advanced degrees or certifications in employer branding or talent acquisition are preferredA minimum of 5 years of experience in employer branding, talent sourcing, or recruitment marketing, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.Proven experience in developing and executing employer branding strategies and proactive sourcing initiatives for talent attraction, utilizing various channels including job boards and networkingProficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS), and Candidate Relationship Management (CRM) systems.Strong understanding of data analytics tools to measure the effectiveness of branding and sourcing efforts.Other Qualifications :
Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively collaborate with marketing, HR, and senior leadership.Experience in creating compelling recruitment materials and managing social media strategies for talent attraction.Strong analytical skills to track and measure key performance indicators (KPIs) related to employer branding and sourcing.Ability to develop data-driven strategies and make adjustments based on performance analysis.Salary Range : $43.22 - $54.02 per hour (Level 21)
