NWPM is growing and hiring a Landscape Construction Foreman to lead installation crews on residential and commercial projects. We provide full training for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and organize a construction crew
• Operate a company truck and equipment (skid steer, mini-excavator, compactor)
• Install synthetic grass, paving stones, retaining walls, and softscape elements
• Maintain site quality, safety, and efficiency
• Communicate professionally with customers when required
  
  

Requirements

• Valid drivers license (required you will operate a company truck)
• Strong leadership mindset
• Reliable, punctual, and organized
• Able to work outdoors and perform physical tasks
• Construction/landscape experience is an asset but not required we will train you
