Location : Various locations across Ontario

The Patient Coordinator is responsible for managing the patient experience within the healthcare practice ensuring efficient scheduling communication and support throughout the patient journey.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for patients addressing inquiries and concerns.
  • Coordinate patient appointments including scheduling confirmations and followups.
  • ist patients with registration and insurance verification processes.
  • Collaborate with clinical staff to facilitate smooth patient flow and communication.
  • Maintain accurate patient records and ensure confidentiality.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; ociates degree in healthcare administration or related field preferred.
  • Experience in a patientfacing role within a healthcare setting.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication ss.
  • Proficient in practice management software and electronic health records (EHR) systems.
