Job description

We are hiring for a shipper / receiver- for a facility in Mississauga 2 Days a week ( part time position )

Work for a global leader in compressed air and gas systems and services.

Role : shipper / receiver with forklift license

Shift times : flexibility within 8 : 00 AM - 4 : 30 PM

Salary :

Starts at $20 per hour

Location :

Kennedy and Matheson, Mississauga

Must be able to drive Counterbalance and Reach - you will need a forklift licence with at least one year of forklift experience on both . Must be able to start as soon as possible .

Responsibilities

Putting away the stock

Pull and release orders from the computer

Ensure all timelines and objectives are followed and met for daily commitments

Maintain maximum productivity levels at all times

Adhere to and follow all Health and Safety regulations and ensure safe work practices are followed at all times

Assist and help out in all departments as required

Perform duties as requested by the Manager

Qualifications

Over 1 year of warehouse experience

Experience in warehouse management system (SAR, E1, Oracle etc) - an asset

Basic computer skills and RF scanner experience

Previous leadership skill is a definite asset

Must be able to lift 50 pounds

Punctual and reliable

Attention to detail

Open-minded and team player

Safety shoes

Good command of the English language (verbal and written)
