Builder Territory Manager

Our client is seeking a driven and relationship-focused Builder Territory Manager to join their Builder Division in Edmonton, Alberta. Reporting to the Senior Manager of Sales, this role will be responsible for managing and growing relationships with builders and dealer partners within the new home construction market across a defined Alberta territory.

This position plays a key role in new business development, account management, and customer satisfaction, while acting as a trusted partner to builders, dealers, and internal stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Drive new business development within the assigned territory
• Support and execute sales strategies aligned with organizational objectives
• Build and maintain strong relationships with builders, dealers, and builder partners
• Represent the organization within local Home Builder Associations
• Partner with new dealers, builders, and industry partners
• Provide ongoing day-to-day support for customers and partners
• Maintain accountability for overall customer care and satisfaction
• Assist with local sponsorships and industry events
• Maintain and update the corporate account database (CRM)
• Collaborate closely with internal teams across multiple functional areas
• Take on additional sales management responsibilities as assigned
