Job Title : Customer Coordinator

Our client in Peel Region, ON is actively looking for a Customer Coordinator to join their team.
Responsibilities (including, but not limited to) :
- Completing deal sheets, listing forms, and assisting in maintaining Ad Grids
- Management and organization of audit compliance documentation ( Deal sheets)
- Aid in Post Audit management
- Maintain listings tracker
- Coordination of deliverables within teams such as collection of Joint Business Planning details, Innovation and Customer Planning, etc.
- Organizing samples & Free Goods Orders
- Distribution of relevant reporting such as SASS reports
- Ad hoc administrative requests
- Other
Requirements & Skills :
College Diploma or University Degree in Office Management or a related fieldExperience working with a retailer or manufacturerExperience with Retail Link is preferred, at a minimum demonstrated ability to pick up new systems quicklyAbility to prioritize and work on multiple tasks with minimum supervisionMathematical and analytical skills neededConsumer Packaged goods experience is mandatory and prefer candidate to have Walmart specific experience.Minimum of year of general business experienceStrong organizational and administrative skills essential in addition to keen accuracy for detailProficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint; able to navigate new systems and toolsAbility to manage multiple stakeholders & priorities through strong written and verbal communication skillsProactive & adaptable to changing environments with a high sense of urgency; solution-orientedKnowledge of the consumer goods industry would be an assetIf you meet the above qualifications, please submit your resume.
