Site Description: Morgentaler Clinic has been providing safe and compassionate abortion services in Canada for over 40 years. They offer a wide range of abortion care and related services, including counselling and contraceptive education.

Site: Morgentaler Clinic

Status: Part Time

Pay Rate: $19.72/ hr.

Hours: Fridays (0730 -1730) and Saturdays (0730 - 1700 hrs.)

Averaging Agreement: Overtime is Averaging Agreement (AA) after 88 hours

Essential Job Functions:
• Be courteous and cooperative with a high quality of customer service.
• Good interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively at various social levels and across diverse cultures.
• Able to maintain a professional composure when dealing with unusual circumstances and people under conditions of urgency and in pressure situations.
• Write clear, concise, and legible reports.
• Communicates any concerns/issues with Operations Manager.
Prerequisites:

• Valid Security License for the province of Ontario
• Valid First Aid & CPR Level C from a WSIB approved provider
• English (oral and written) fluency is a must
• Applicants who do not possess these certifications can opt into Paladin's Use of Force (UOF)/Management of Aggressive Behavior (MOAB) certification program prior to their onboarding training to ensure they meet the requirements of the position
• Legally authorized to work in Canada

Please be aware: The UOF/MOAB certification is not paid as it is a pre-employment requisite; however, Paladin will cover all the costs of the certifications with a 6-month commitment to the position/availability
