You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to create personalized engagement strategies, manage customer touchpoints, and ensure a positive customer experience. Key Responsibilities : Develop and execute customer engagement strategies to boost satisfaction and retention. Build lasting relationships with customers through proactive communication and support. Monitor and analyze customer feedback to identify improvement opportunities. Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to deliver a seamless customer experience. Track key metrics like retention rates and satisfaction scores. Manage customer campaigns (email, webinars, etc.) to increase product usage and loyalty. Resolve customer issues quickly and escalate when necessary. Outreach potential clients with creative strategies. Maintain client relationship and get referrals from existing clients. Qualifications : 3-5 years of experience in customer success, engagement, or account management. Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
