Babysitter wanted for childcare in Richmond

We are a warm and easy-going family of four. My wife and I have two young boys, aged four and two. Both kids are curious, energetic, and very gentle with people and animals. We also have one dog, a Poodle mix and a catwho grew up with our children and are very calm around new people. As parents, we value kindness, patience, and a safe, stable home environment. We love spending time outdoors, cooking simple meals together, and doing hands-on projects in our backyard. Our family lifestyle is relaxed but structured, and we appreciate clear communication and reliability. We are looking for a babysitter who is caring, responsible, and comfortable with young children (and cat dog). We hope to build a long-term, positive relationship with someone who truly enjoys working with kids.
