Overview

Business Development Representative (BDR) – Location : Abbotsford, BC | Full-Time. We’re hiring a high-energy Business Development Representative (BDR) who wants to make an impact, grow professionally, and work in a dealership where effort is noticed, results matter, and support is built in. This role is ideal for someone coming from automotive, RV, retail, call-center, or inside sales who wants stability, structure, and growth—without cold-call burnout.

What You’ll Do

• Connect with inbound and warm leads via phone, email, and digital channels
• Qualify customer needs and book appointments for the Sales Team
• Build trust and rapport with customers throughout the buying journey
• Follow up consistently to maximize lead conversion
• Work closely with Sales and Marketing to support targeted campaigns
• Share product knowledge and promotions in a clear, engaging way
• Track activities, conversations, and outcomes accurately in the CRM
• Stay informed on RV products, features, and customer trends
