Responsibilities

• Consistently treat all customers and employees with respect and contribute to a positive work environment.
• Promote customer loyalty by educating customers about our loyalty programs.
• Model brand selling behaviors and deliver an exceptional customer experience with every interaction.
• Support the sales leader during non-peak hours with the customer as the primary focus.
• Collaborate with the store leadership team to ensure work tasks are completed in a timely and efficient manner.
• Build and share expertise in the product lifecycle.
• Support completion of work before or after store operating hours, including opening and/or closing checklists.
• Leverage omni-channel to deliver a frictionless customer experience.
• Ensure all compliance standards are met.

Hourly Range: $17.60 - $22.00 CAD. Employee pay will vary based on qualifications, experience, skill level, competencies and work location. We will meet minimum wage or the minimum of the pay range based on city, county and state requirements.
