As Red Seal Executive Chef, reporting to the Executive Director, you'll direct all food and beverage operations, meeting residents' nutritional needs with a fine dining approach.

Key responsibilities of Red Seal, Executive Chef includes menu planning, budget oversight, team leadership, and supplier liaison, ensuring regulatory compliance.

Qualifications:

• 2-year college diploma in Food Service Supervision or equivalent.
• Red Seal certification (mandatory).
• Expertise in large-scale food preparation with fresh ingredients.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Proficiency in computer software, budget management, and inventory control.
• Excellent English communication skills.
