Missions :
Recueillir, analyser et prioriser les besoins métiers et utilisateurs.
Rédiger et maintenir le backlog produit, les user stories et les critères d’acceptation.
Définir la roadmap produit et coordonner les différentes parties prenantes (équipes techniques, design, business…).
Piloter les projets de bout en bout : cadrage, planification, suivi, reporting et accompagnement au changement.
Animer les rituels Agile/Scrum (daily, sprint planning, review, rétrospective).
Veiller à la qualité des livrables, au respect des délais et à la satisfaction client.
Mesurer l’impact des fonctionnalités livrées à travers des KPIs et retours utilisateurs.
Profil recherché :
Bac+5 en informatique, management de projet ou équivalent.
Minimum 3 à 5 ans d’expérience en gestion de projet IT ou en tant que Product Owner.
Solide connaissance des méthodes Agile (Scrum, Kanban) et des outils associés (Jira, Confluence, Trello…).
Excellente capacité de communication, d’organisation et de synthèse.
Sens du service client, esprit d’équipe et orientation résultats.
Une certification Product Owner (PSPO, CSPO) ou PMP est un plus.
