Park Place Seniors Living is seeking a dynamic Site Leader / Director of Care to lead our team at Oyster Harbour Seniors Community.

About the Role

As Site Leader / Director of Care, you will :

Provide strategic leadership and operational oversight for the home, ensuring safe, high-quality care and services.
Champion Park Place’s Mission, Vision, and Values, fostering a culture of compassion, innovation, and continuous improvement.
Oversee resident care, quality improvement, human resources, financial stewardship, and community relations.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and external partners to deliver excellence in seniors care.
Lead initiatives aligned with LEADS capabilities.

What We’re Looking For

A proven leader with experience in long-term care or healthcare management.

Strong knowledge of clinical standards, regulatory compliance, and quality improvement.

Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to engage staff, residents, families, and stakeholders.

Ability to manage budgets, contracts, union relations and service partner performance.

Commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
