Park Place Seniors Living is seeking a dynamic Site Leader / Director of Care to lead our team at Oyster Harbour Seniors Community.

As Site Leader / Director of Care, you will:

• Provide strategic leadership and operational oversight for the home, ensuring safe, high-quality care and services.
• Champion Park Place’s Mission, Vision, and Values, fostering a culture of compassion, innovation, and continuous improvement.
• Oversee resident care, quality improvement, human resources, financial stewardship, and community relations.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and external partners to deliver excellence in seniors care.
• Lead initiatives aligned with LEADS capabilities.

• A proven leader with experience in long-term care or healthcare management.
• Strong knowledge of clinical standards, regulatory compliance, and quality improvement.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to engage staff, residents, families, and stakeholders.
• Ability to manage budgets, contracts, union relations and service partner performance.
• Commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
