Store Operations & Performance

Oversee day-to-day operations including opening / closing, cash handling, safety, and compliance

Manage budgets, control expenses, and drive sales and profitability targets

Monitor and optimize inventory flow and shrink reduction strategies

Merchandising & Presentation

Ensure the store is clean, well-stocked, and visually aligned with merchandising standards

Implement promotional and seasonal merchandising plans with attention to detail and timing

Adapt product displays based on customer demand and store-level insights

Requirements

3+ years of progressive retail leadership experience in general merchandise or a related format

Proven ability to lead and motivate teams in a fast-paced environment

Strong understanding of store financials, operations, and merchandising

Exceptional interpersonal and problem-solving skills

Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
