Job Title : Business Development Manager (Recruitment Industry)

Job Summary :
We are looking for a results-driven Business Development Manager to drive new client acquisitions and grow our recruitment services in the Canada / US market. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the recruitment industry, experience in B2B sales, and a proven ability to build lasting client relationships.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead Generation & Outreach : Identify and engage potential clients, hiring managers, and HR professionals in need of recruitment services.
- Sales & Client Acquisition : Develop and execute sales strategies to secure new business partnerships.
- Client Relationship Management : Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their hiring needs and providing tailored recruitment solutions.
- Market Research : Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and talent market insights to refine business strategies.
- Collaboration : Work closely with recruitment teams to ensure smooth service delivery and client satisfaction.
- Negotiation & Contract Management : Handle pricing discussions, contracts, and service agreements with potential clients.
Key Requirements :
Experience : 5+ years in business development, sales, or account management (preferably in recruitment or staffing industry).Location : Must be based in Ontario with a strong understanding of the local job market.
