The D365 CRM Functional Consultant will lead the implementation and configuration of the Dynamics 365 Sales module. You will work closely with stakeholders to understand their sales processes, provide tailored solutions, and ensure seamless adoption of the platform to enhance sales productivity and customer relationship management.
Key Responsibilities Requirements Gathering and Analysis
- Collaborate with clients to understand and document their sales processes, business goals, and CRM requirements.
- Conduct workshops to identify pain points and define solutions aligned with industry best practices.
Solution Design and Implementation
Configure the Dynamics 365 Sales module to meet business needs, including setting up entities, fields, workflows, and business rules.
Customize lead, opportunity, quote, and sales pipeline processes to align with client objectives.Design and implement automation features such as lead scoring, email templates, and activity tracking.Integration and Collaboration
Work with technical teams to integrate the Sales module with other systems (e.g., ERP, marketing platforms, or Power BI).Collaborate with other Dynamics 365 consultants (e.g., Customer Service or Marketing modules) for cross-functional implementations.Testing and Training
Develop test plans and conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) to validate functionality.Deliver end-user training and create documentation, ensuring users understand and adopt the system effectively.Post-Implementation Support and Optimization
Provide ongoing support and resolve user issues post-implementation.Analyze system performance and recommend enhancements to optimize sales processes.Stay updated on Dynamics 365 Sales updates and features to ensure clients leverage the latest capabilities.Qualifications and Skills Essential Qualifications
Experience :5+ years of experience implementing and configuring Dynamics 365 Sales.
Expertise in lead management, opportunity tracking, pipeline management, and sales performance reporting.Knowledge :In-depth understanding of Dynamics 365 Sales module features and integrations with Power Platform tools (e.g., Power Automate, Power BI).
Familiarity with Dynamics 365 customization tools (e.g., workflows, business rules, plugins).Technical Skills :Ability to configure and customize Dynamics 365 entities, forms, and dashboards.
Basic understanding of integration technologies (e.g., APIs, Azure Logic Apps).Soft Skills
