We are seeking a motivated and results-oriented Customer Success Account Manager to join a fast-growing team supporting clients in the dental industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in account management and sales, with a focus on building lasting relationships, driving client success, and expanding business opportunities. This role combines strategic oversight with hands-on client engagement across a portfolio of multi-location accounts.
Key Responsibilities
Account Management & Client Success (70%)

Maintain, grow, and deepen relationships with existing dental practice clients to ensure satisfaction, retention, and long-term value.

Analyse account performance, identify opportunities for improvement, and provide actionable recommendations.

Conduct regular client follow-ups via email, phone, and in-person visits to address needs and optimise outcomes.

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth case handling, operational alignment, and high-quality service.

Develop tailored account plans to increase engagement, reduce churn, and maximise revenue potential.

Document client interactions, insights, and follow-up actions in CRM systems.
New Business Development (20%)

Identify, engage, and convert new dental practices to grow market presence and revenue.

Prospect new accounts through outreach, networking, and research.

Conduct presentations and onboarding for new clients, supporting initial adoption and relationship building.

Communicate client feedback and industry insights to inform service improvements.
Industry Engagement & Continuing Education (10%)

Attend industry events, trade shows, and professional seminars to strengthen client relationships and identify new opportunities.

Represent the organisation professionally, highlighting expertise and commitment to client success.

Support event logistics and follow-up on leads generated through participation.
Key Qualifications

Experience in sales or account management within the dental industry.

Proficiency with CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, or equivalent) and MS Office.

Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

Ability to manage multiple priorities, work independently, and maintain organisational rigour.

Residence in Greater Vancouver and willingness to travel occasionally to Alberta.
