Due to continued growth, we’re expanding our Vancouver team and seeking a Consultant who has successfully taken client engagements from proposal to delivery, crafted compelling solutions, and presented insights that drive meaningful impact.

The Opportunity

This role is part strategist, part facilitator, part architect — and very much hands-on. You’ll collaborate directly with the Founder to design and deliver programs that strengthen leadership, culture, and performance across growing organizations.

You’ll dig into diagnostics, interview leaders and teams , assess and translate data into insights, build frameworks, craft deliverables, and deliver recommendations that truly move the needle.

What You’ll Do

• Lead and co-facilitate client engagements : assessments, workshops, offsites, and strategy sessions.
• Translate diagnostics, interviews, and data into clear, actionable recommendations.
• Develop proposals, scopes, executive briefs and client-ready presentations
• Co-create and refine Peeple’s proprietary frameworks, tools, and methodologies.
• Present insights to executive teams with confidence, clarity, and presence.
• Support business development : contributing to thought leadership, case studies, and pitch content.
• Build lasting relationships with founders and senior leaders as a trusted advisor.
