What Youll Do :

• Coordinate and prioritize service requests ensuring efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Work closely with technicians and service advisors to manage shop flow and allocate work orders.
• Assess vehicle issues provide cost estimates and coordinate service appointments.
• Maintain accurate records of repairs and warranty paperwork.
• Stay up to date with manufacturer publications and industry trends.
