About the Role :
As the depth and breadth of our product continue to grow we are looking for a technical writer to work closely with our product development team and create technical user manuals, maintain and develop client-facing product and functionality guides, and present technical information in a clear, concise manner based on the target audience. You will also be responsible for writing and updating training material and could even be involved in delivering product training to our customers.
About You :
There are days that you feel you can walk on water. You have a university degree from a top Canadian institution, tremendous technical and business writing skills, and an in-depth knowledge of the marketplace. You have an incredible creative imagination and yet you feel you have been unable to fully utilize your talent. You have excellent investigative and critical thinking skills. You may also have felt that the organization that you grew up with is way too big for your liking - you got pigeon-holed into a position with narrow focus.
