.Net Programmer Analyst

Programmer / Analyst (IT / GIS) Level 2

Location : St. John's, Newfoundland and Labrador (Onsite 4 days / week, 1 remote)

Contract Duration : April 1, 2025 March 31, 2026 (Potential for Extension)

Responsibilities :

Gather and analyze business requirements to develop secure, functional system designs

Develop and modify application code, screens, and reports

Design, test, and implement computer systems and applications

Conduct unit, functional, integration, system, and user acceptance testing

Provide GIS-specific technical expertise, translating user needs into tested GIS applications

Work with C#, SQL, database management tools, and system integrations (e.g., ePayment, CAMP)

Requirements :

7+ years of experience in software development

Strong background in .NET, C#, SQL, and database management

Experience with testing, quality reviews, and secure application development

Expertise in GIS tools and spatial data management
