About This Position?
This role is pivotal to the success of my clients Sage Intacct and NetSuite sales teams. The Sales Team Lead will manage an existing sales team, focusing on achieving sales targets and growing new sales revenue. This individual will assist the sales team in identifying, qualifying, and coordinating meetings for all opportunities, performing product demonstrations, negotiating contracts, and closing deals. Additionally, the role includes forecasting new business revenue.
Job Responsibilities?
Manage and Lead Sales Team : Oversee a team across the US and Canada, providing effective coaching and mentorship.Achieve Sales Targets : Drive the team to meet and exceed sales goals.Own New Business Sales Pipeline and Forecasting : Maintain and develop a robust pipeline, accurately forecasting sales revenue.Collaborate with Marketing and Sales Management : Develop target strategies to maximize sales opportunities.Conduct Product Demonstrations : Showcase our software offerings at a detailed level to prospective clients.Negotiate and Close Deals : Develop innovative value propositions and negotiate contracts under time and objective pressures.Requirements?
